* Copy the file you want to use to your clip board. If you do not know how to copy a file, you can use the following method: Find the file on your hard drive, select it (click the mouse on it) hold the CTRL key down and press and release the C key.
To use ftp file transfer click on the link below or type it in the Microsoft Internet Explorer address window:
* Select Edit and scroll down to Paste or hold the CTRL key down and press and release the V key.
* Newer versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer select the page option at the top of you Internet Explorer screen and scroll down and select Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.
* Select Edit and scroll down to Paste.
* You should now see your graphic file name on the screen. If so, you are done.
