1.) All orders need to be pre-paid in full at the time of the order. You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover check, money order, PayPal, Google Checkout or bank check via mail or secure on-line site.  There is a check clearing wait period for check payments. To see all the options, click through the order process and the payment options appear at checkout.
2.) Samples will be posted on the internet for custom printing orders if the on-line designer is not used. This is to illustrate how your graphics were received via email or to display artwork we created for you. Get In Print LLC assumes no responsibility for correcting errors in submitted text or artwork on printing orders. The sample notification will be sent within 24 hours of order via email. A sample approval is needed to begin the processing of the order unless you use the on-line designer which offers an immediate on-line sample.
3.) We do not guarantee color or display appearance matching. Graphics are re-produced as close as possible. Each individual monitor will display different colors and appearances depending on brand and settings. The printed products may look different than on your monitor.
4.) Customers are responsible for all costs if an order is cancelled or changed after processing has begun.
5.) Printed items cannot be returned. Blank shirts can be returned within 7 days of order. There is a 20% re-stock fee on return of un-worn, un-washed blank shirts. Original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is not reimbursable. Free shipping promotions are only valid when advertised and only valid if order is not returned or subject to address corrections. If order is returned, shipping charges for the order will be deducted from the credit. Free shipping is not offered to all areas where UPS ground service is offered such as AK, HI or other areas with unusual UPS ground rates. Free shipping is limited to shipping from one location. All returns need an RMA# obtained by sending an email message to help@getinprint.com. Returns are only accepted if shipped by trackable carrier such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. The rma# needs to be written on piece of paper inside of the box. You should also write down the rma# on your UPS or FedEx tracking number receipt for your records.
6.) Get In Print LLC cannot illegally reproduce licensed or copyrighted material. Get In Print LLC will not reproduce designs containing known celebrities or any derogatory material. You agree that all artwork or photographs submitted has no value and is not non-replaceable.
7.) Blank orders will be shipped short unless you indicate to not ship short under special instructions or select the do not ship short option. The shortages will not be charged for as we do not offer backorders.
8.) Buyeshirts.com & buyeshirts.com are Get In Print websites and are solely owned by Get In Print LLC . Get In Print LLC will not bear responsibility for financial costs. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get In Print, LLC. In the event of litigation, customer hereby specifically consents that litigation will be brought in Prince Georges County, Maryland, and waives any objection he or she may have to venue. All rights of artwork created by Get In Print LLC are reserved by Get In Print LLC or the originator of graphics. Reproduction of graphics created by Get In Print LLC is expressly prohibited.

Promotional Coupon Codes issued by salespeople are not valid on orders of less than 12 items.
10.) International Orders Must Be Paid By PAY PAL Only. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes if applicable. There are many restrictions on International Shipments. If the order cannot be shipped, A full Pay Pal Refund Will Be Issued Immediately. International shipping rates displayed on our web site are estimates only. All Sales Are Final On International Orders. Our normal return policy is for USA Only.

Certain restrictions apply on Economy Shipping or Free Shipping offers - No Alaska, Hawaii or International shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any order shipping to a higher than average shipping cost area in the USA.  98% of all orders will not fall into a high shipping cost area. If you are in a higher than average shipping cost area, the order can still be shipped using UPS ground (except Hawaii or Alaska)  but not economy or free shipping. Certain items cannot be combined with other items and must be ordered separately as indicated on the ordering page.
